I would never stay here again.

Needs to be totally torn down and redone.

It's been my observation that hotels like this one assign you to their least desirable rooms. Here is how I know this. They don't assign you to a room until you get there. They make like they are looking for an available room but here's the problem. I recommended it to the organization that I was visiting for their out of town customers.

Overall, the hotel was a good place to stay. Staff was ready and willing to assist you when needed.

I would recommend either spending the extra $50 to stay at the Sheraton or Radisson Inner Harbor or going with a Motel 6 or Super 8 to really save money. This hotel was not cheap but did not provide a better stay than the budget motels. ...read more

I'm sorry to say I will never stay at this hotel again. We arrived there in the evening and checked into room 150. It was not fit to live it, there was a dirty, smelly ash tray, the entire room smelled, and the dust was about an inch thick on the TV and furniture. We called management, someone came in to check the room and we had to stand outside until the room was cleaned. I must say after management saw the room they agreed and cleaned the room, without any complaints from them. I will never stay at this hotel again, and will not recommend it to anyone I know. I asked for a receipt and was told they do not give out receipts. I've never before pay for a service and did not receive a receipt. I think I should talk to my Attorney General.
